When you are using the Present Pal app and our other services, we may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:
Personal Data
We collect and store all personal information related to your App profile, which you voluntarily give us either upon sign-up or through continued use of the App:
First and surname
Email address
Answers from onboarding questionnaire
Feedback entered into the app after a presentation or rehearsal
Derivative Data and Uploaded Media
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as your native actions that are integral to the App, actions taken when creating entries, editing entries and uploading media to the App. As such, we may also request access to your device’s photo roll, camera or microphone in order for us to upload your media to the App. All media uploaded this way will be stored securely on our servers. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Data
Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.
Performance Data
We use cookies and similar technologies when they are essential to deliver our services and to improve your experience through analytics. We may collect non-identifiable information by third party vendors such as Google Analytics and Amplitude. We use analytics to:
Measure usage trends and improve the user experience for our Product
Monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns
Diagnose or fix technology problems
We use Amplitude, which is an analytics service, to understand how customers use our Product. Amplitude allows us to track various interactions to measure usage trends and improve the user experience for our Product. We use Google Analytics to monitor aggregated metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns. Google allows you to influence the collection and processing of information generated by Google, in particular, by installing a browser plug-in, available here.
By accessing the Product, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third party vendors.

We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the App. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

To protect the confidentiality of your account and protect from unauthorized use of your account, you must keep your account access code confidential and not disclose them publicly or to unauthorized individuals.
Options Regarding your Information
Account Information
You may also send us an email at info@presentpal.co.uk to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not be able to delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We also may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement, or cause the information to be incorrect.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.
